One of the most special parts of being a photographer is that we’re invited into people’s lives to mark milestones – real markers in time. It’s a real privilege and something we never take for granted…

A recent event I was involved in found me in the North of Scotland – a gathering of friends, marking a special birthday. The location was sublime, the atmosphere was celebratory, the planning and attention to detail were perfect.
