Wednesday, July 29th, 2009

Amanda and Steve the sun really did shine for you on Saturday. You two couldn’t stop smiling all day – you were so obviously loving every moment. We hope you have a wonderful time in Malaysia and that you get great shots with your new lense. Look forward to catching up when you’re back and sharing the rest of your photographs with you.

The importance of looking good…

Sunday, July 26th, 2009

It’s said that we form a first impression within 15 seconds. Take the shots we took below of this package which we received recently. It looks special, luxurious and just begs to be opened (unless you’re me and then you’d take a photograph of it first!)

It’s a bit like our new website (which we hope you’re enjoying). We wanted to package it well to help you connect with us and want to discover more by delving inside.

We hope you like our new look – the best bits of the new site are the larger photographs all round, more shots in our portfolio (and it’s now easier to update – hooray!) an all new shop system and this rather clever little blog…

Enjoy looking round – as always, we’d love to hear from you.  Drop us a comment with your thoughts and experience of the new site. Your views are really important to us! Niels

Amanda & Philip’s Wedding, Wallacestone Methodist Church Falkirk, followed by The Balmoral Hotel, Edinburgh

Friday, July 24th, 2009

Well, if Friday was wet, then Saturday was even wetter! Amanda you did brilliantly getting from house to car and car to church – it was so wet the rain was bouncing up the way. Despite that you didn’t stop beaming once throughout the whole day. What a star!

We loved the fact that you two didn’t let the rain spoil your day and you even stood in the rain under brollies to greet all your guests after your ceremony. We had a great day with you and all your family and friends and can’t wait to show you the rest of your wedding photographs. Enjoy some of our highlights for now.

Sarah & Ian’s Wedding, St Salvator’s Chapel, followed by Rufflets Country House Hotel, St Andrews

Wednesday, July 22nd, 2009

We often get asked, what happens if it rains? The answer – just as much fun in different locations! We always love St Andrews, even in the rain and it certainly did rain on Friday. Sarah and Ian – it was lovely to be a part of your day and we had lots of fun with you. You too were so chilled and clearly had a great day with all your friends and family. And your first dance was soo good – can’t wait to see Steve’s coverage of this. We had to include a shot of your trainers Ian… Looking forward to hearing about your first global adventure as Mr & Mrs Mathieson!

We loved the little Sarah and Ian which you made Sarah for the top of your Uncle’s cake - where did you find the time?

Sandra & Stuart’s Wedding, Burnock Mill Farm, Ayrshire

Friday, July 17th, 2009

Guys – what can we say? We had an absolute ball with you last Saturday. We both have so many favourite moments: Sandra’s arrival, your ceremony, wandering around the farm with you and your cowboy wellies Sandra, your dancing and your perfect sunset – wow!

Sandy beach you once said it was hard to find a good husband these days and I’m delighted that you proved yourself wrong as Stuart is clearly going to be a top class husband! We think you two are fantastic and so good together. We were thrilled to be part of your fantastic day – extra special as you two are such good pals.  Can’t wait to catch-up with you when you’re back and show you the rest of your photographs – what an awesome day!
