If we asked our kids to draw a picture of a castle, most likely they’d model it on Drumtochty Castle. Drumtochty Castle rocks our photography world. From our very first wedding of Rach and Ian all those years ago we knew that this was a special, special place.
Drumtochty is designed for wedding celebrations that put friends and family at the heart of the party. It’s an exclusive use venue like few others. They’ve adopted the term home from home and take it to another level. The philosophy at Drumtochty is simple; it’s your home away from home. Weddings at Drumtochty Castle last a whole weekend – and that means loads of time to spend with your friends and family so it just turns into the best house party ever.
Wedding breakfasts are held in a wood panelled ballroom (complete with crystal chandeliers, Highland stags and Canadian byson) with the fairytale St Palladius Church literally at the end of the driveway, oodles of bedrooms you can invite your nearest and dearest to spend the night, cracking food (and a BYOB policy to boot!) and you’ll see why this venue ticks so many of our favourite boxes.
Another part of Drumtochty’s brilliance is the team who will be there throughout the celebrations to plan and guide as you create a wedding like none other.
