Jessica & David – Saturday 19th December 2015
We’ve come to blog our final wedding of 2015, and we’ve saved a belter for you…
Picture the scene… a house party with your family and besties. The candles are burning, the Christmas trees are a-twinkling and the plans are laid for a truly magical Christmas wedding. Even santa himself couldn’t stay away.
David and Jessica, we loved your approach to your day; plan, plan, plan then let go and enjoy every second of it.
Thank you for entrusting your day to us – we know how much it all meant to you; thank you for doing an incredible first look and for creating such a beautiful day to be part of.
We could go on about the styling, warm atmosphere, burst of winter sun and beautiful ceremony but from here, we’re letting the pictures do the talking. Here’s our view on your day…

Could you plan a secret wedding in Edinburgh just a few days before Christmas? Would you be able to keep it from your friends and family? Not sure I’d be able to stop from spilling the beans…quite how Kate and Ian managed at to keep their secret Christmas wedding at The Balmoral Hotel up their sleeve I have no idea. Massive kudos to you.
Cassie and Tom’s Christmas wedding at Mansfield Traquair was a festive celebration of love, laughter and one or two surprises 😉 We knew this was going to be the most epic of weddings, but still we were both blown away by the energy of these two. This is a couple who live and love 100mph and everyone around them adores them.
Barnbougle Castle in autumn literally glows from the inside out. So it was the perfect location for Babette and Lawrie’s wonderful thanksgiving inspired wedding. This pair met 59 months ago, yet fit together so well you can’t imagine them not being a couple.
Christmas is my favourite time of the year. Lovely photos! Looks like it was a fun day!
